Guardian Application

A Program for Kentucky Residents

To participate in the Guardian Program you must meet the distance requirements to qualify. Male Guardians must live within 1 hour of our farm (12643 Troy Pike Versailles, Ky.), and females must live within 1.5 hours of us.

This questionnaire helps us to learn more about you and your family. Becky Burgess is the Guardian Director, she will be in contact with you shortly after filling out this form!

A Guardian Program requirement is your distance from our farm at 12643 Troy Pike, Versailles, KY. Males must live within 1 hour from us, and females must live within 1.5 hours from us. What is your full address?

The Guardian Program commits you to partnering with us until your Guardian is potentially up to 5 years old. This means that you are responsible for maintaining contact with us regarding heat cycles, testing, required medical preventatives, breeding, birthing, etc. and for bringing your dog to our facility upon request multiple times per year, during these years.
